KSrelief delivers 50 tons of dates as a gift from Saudi Arabia to Liberia

Monrovia, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has delivered 50 tons of dates as a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Liberia.

The aid was handed over by Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Liberia Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Subaie to Liberian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Thelma Duncan Sawyer, in the presence of Liberian Minister of the Interior Varney Sirleaf, President of the Islamic National Council in Liberia Sheikh Abdullah Qasim Mansari, and a number of representatives of Islamic associations in Liberia, and a team from the center at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Monrovia.

The Liberian Minister of Interior and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for the assistance provided to their country, expressing the gratitude of the government and people of Liberia to the Kingdom for the aid to Liberia, whether at the humanitarian or development levels through the Saudi Fund for Development.

The gift comes within the relief and humanitarian programs offered by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to a number of brotherly and friendly countries, to reach the neediest families in different regions of the world.
