KSrelief Continues Providing Health Care Services to Syrian Refugees and Host Community in Lebanon


Beirut, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has continued implementing its project to enhance health care services for Syrian refugees and the host community in the town of Bebnine in Akkar Governorate in the Lebanese Republic.

In March 2024, the number of patients received at the Akkar-Bebnine Health Care Center is 2,465. They were provided with 6,139 services across various departments including clinics, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and community and mental health programs.

The male percentage was 39% and the female percentage was 61%, with refugees accounting for 57% and the host community for 43% of the total beneficiaries.

This comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s keenness, through its humanitarian arm, the KSrelief, to provide humanitarian assistance to those in need, including Syrian refugees, in all fields, to alleviate their suffering due to the humanitarian crisis they are going through.
