Riyadh, The twentieth meeting of the Committee of the Civil Retirement and Social Insurance Agencies, an affiliate of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) was held virtually today, in the presence of Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Talal Al-Nahas.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation, exchange expertise between the GCC countries, and follow up the work plan of the committee in implementing the initiative to review and update the unified system for extending insurance protection, linking the civil retirement and social insurance agencies, employers’ procedures for paying contributions. The meeting also was briefed on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s experience in promoting culture of institutional commitment in the work environment.
