Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Speech Before Shura Council Reviews Various Issues, Saudi Press

Riyadh, Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.

Al-Bilad, Al Eqtisadiah, Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers reported in their editorials that the annual speech the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has delivered before the Shura Council was has covered all local, regional and global issues and addressed all challenges.

In his speech, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques stressed that economic reforms aim to diversify the economy and make it more stronger in order to avoid any crisis or challenge that may lie ahead, the papers said.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques indicated the start of the second phase of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Saudi vision 2030, through achieving substantial development, continuing reforms for the prosperity of homeland and the people, the papers added.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ speech also stressed that Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030 aims at harnessing an integrated system of programs in order to upgrade quality of services such as education, health, housing and infrastructure, providing job opportunities, diversifying the economy and make it solid and durable in the face of global changes, the papers further added.

The speech affirmed that supporting the issues and rights of nations and peoples is a firm approach of Saudi Arabia policy since its inception until this prosperous era, the papers concluded.
