First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received today, Wednesday, Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament, Hanafi Gabali, and the accompanying parliamentary delegation; who will participate in the work of the thirty-fourth conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union, which will be hosted by the capital, Baghdad, from the period (23-26) of this month.
Mandalawi welcomed Gabali and the accompanying members of the Egyptian Parliament, stressing the importance of the success of the conference and benefiting from the presence of all participating parliaments to achieve the interests of their peoples, pointing to the depth of the relationship between the two brotherly countries, and the civilizational, cultural and religious commonalities they share, and the need to invest in it to enhance parliamentary cooperation and coordinate positions in regional and international forums, and wished them a pleasant stay in their country, Iraq.
