SAMI, Lockheed Sign Cooperation Agreement

Riyadh, Saudi Arabian Military Industries Company (SAMI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and U.S. Lockheed Martin Corporation signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint project for cooperation between the two companies to enhance defense and security capabilities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The agreement was co-signed by SAMI CEO Eng. Walid Abukhaled and Lockheed Martin’s Senior Vice President Timothy Cahill.
