KIRKUK, A security source in Kirkuk reported that two explosive devices targeted a line to transfer electricity from production stations in the province that equipped Alam district, south of Kirkuk.

The security source said that Daesh blew up two IEDs targeting two towers carrying electricity from the production plants in Kirkuk and equip Alam district, near Mahdia village of Rashad south of Kirkuk, which led to the suspension of providing electricity.

On the other hand, two civilians were lightly wounded when two bombs exploded in Ali Saray and Tub Zawa villages, west of Daquq district south of Kirkuk.

In a related security context, the police arrested a member of Peshmerga after he stole a shop in the market of Qouriya in central Kirkuk.
