Jeddah, The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to President Dr. Arif Alawi of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the occasion of taking the oath as President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

In his cable, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said " On the occasion of Your Excellency's taking the oath as President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, it gives Us a great pleasure to send to You, in the name of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in our own name, the best felicitations, wishing you continuous health and happiness and the people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan more progress and prosperity".

The monarch avails himself of this opportunity to highly value the distinguished ties binding the two countries and their friendly peoples, confirming that the two sides seek enhancing and developing them in all fields.
