He pointed out that the staff of the Office of the Commission in Karkh and Rusafa and staff of the Presidents of the courts of appeal of Rusafa and Karkh will carry out the process of manual counting and sorting under the direct supervision of the Board of Commissioners, as well as representatives of the United Nations and international observers and representatives of Embassies of the world and representatives of political parties and the media.
