Makkah Dr. Raafat bin Ismail Badr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the association of circumambulators of pilgrims from South Asian countries, met in Makkah today with the central executive president of the Hajj affairs of India Maqsood Ahmed Khan, in the attendance of senior board officials and India's consul general in Jeddah Mohammed Noor Rahman Sheikh.

During the meeting, preparations taken by the organization to meet this year's Hajj were reviewed.

For his part, the Indian Hajj affairs official lauded the developmental steps taken to serve pilgrims, citing the double-bed idea to be implemented for the first time during this year's season to give room for extra pilgrims in Mina site.
