Aden, Yemen's national army forces, backed by the Saudi-led Arab coalition, have taken control of the last stronghold of the Houthi militia, west of Taiz province, southwest of Yemen.

A Yemeni military source said that the army had regained the village of "Aqema", the last area controlled by the militias in the Directorate of the Al-Muazza'a amid a broad collapse in the ranks of the coup, pointing out that the army forces tightened control of the camp Ameri west of the province of Taiz after fierce battles with the Iranian backed Houthi militias.
