Riyadh, As many as 1,236 new Coronavirus infections against 1,050 were reported in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while the toll of active cases rose to 11,050, including 1,496 in critical conditions, the Ministry of Health announced.
The overall tally of infections stood at 471,959 against 453,359 recoveries, while fatalities rose to 7,650 as 15 new deaths were reported.
On the other hand, the ministry added that 89,695 lab tests were conducted.
Meanwhile, the ministry drew attention that it has detected a considerable rise in the last few days, in the active cases, urging all the public to be inoculated, in order to protect themselves against the infections and its implications, reasserting that the vaccines are safe and effective tools to get rid of the infectious diseases.
